I was there to try and buy out my lease on a 19 Grand Cherokee. Mike and his Mgr. Neil were most helpful in addressing all of my concerns and matching other offers I had.. In the end I went with my cred Cherokee. Mike and his Mgr. Neil were most helpful in addressing all of my concerns and matching other offers I had.. In the end I went with my credit union for the deal. Greylock and Northwest Hills were both in the same ballpark so it just made sense to consolidate my business with the institution I was already doing business for the last 20 yrs. (Mortgage, equity loans, etc) It was a decision based solely on convenience. As I told Mike, he might have lost out on this deal but didn't lose me as a customer. When it's time to get my next jeep ( #9 or 10) Northwest hills will be my first stop and I hope Mike and Neil are still there. Thnx, George More
