Matt helped us narrow down the type of vehicle that would best fit my husband's needs by answering so very many questions for us. He made himself available to us even on his days off. Even after we thought we knew what we wanted, Matt let us know right away when a similar vehicle came in with a different trim package so that we could compare both for our final decision. Matt always had the vehicles that we were most interested in warmed up and ready for us when we arrived so we could jump right in to check them out. This was a convoluted family multi-vehicle, multi-state transaction with each purchase hinging on the other. Even when there were some challenges, Matt stepped up to the plate to take care of everything for us, which was very much appreciated. The Dealership itself was neat, clean, and easy for us to get to even though it is in a different state. The staff was always warm and friendly, and offered us coffee anytime we were there.
