My husband and I returned to Matt Dehler at Northwest Hills for the purchase of a new car after the purchase of a used car for one of our sons. Matt helped us narrow down the type of vehicle that would best fit my husband's needs by answering so very many questions for us. He made himself available to us even on his days off. Even after we thought we knew what we wanted, Matt let us know right away when a similar vehicle came in with a different trim package so that we could compare both for our final decision. Matt always had the vehicles that we were most interested in warmed up and ready for us when we arrived so we could jump right in to check them out. This was a convoluted family multi-vehicle, multi-state transaction with each purchase hinging on the other. Even when there were some challenges, Matt stepped up to the plate to take care of everything for us, which was very much appreciated. The Dealership itself was neat, clean, and easy for us to get to even though it is in a different state. The staff was always warm and friendly, and offered us coffee anytime we were there. Their hours worked out well for us, allowing us to come after my husband got home from work. We feel that the agreed upon price was good. We did some comparison shopping, and found that Northwest Hills had the vehicles with the best options for the money. They were willing to discuss pricing options with us on everything so that we got the best deal. I did an online search recently for a Jeep Wrangler for our son who is in college. Matt Dehler called the very next morning and set up time for us to see some vehicles that Matt put aside for us.
