Bill was able to navigate all the technology within the vehicle with competence and was clearly very knowledgeable regarding all aspects of the vehicle. We test drove four models of the Cherokee and at no time felt pressure to purchase a vehicle. We were very satisfied with the Jeep products and decided to purchase a 2014 Grand Cherokee. We were also planning on looking at a local Ford and Subaru dealership as well, but based on the vehicles performance, safety evaluations, the dealership (especially Bill), we purchased the vehicle right then. The transaction could not have been easier. It is evident that Northwest Hills Jeep is a customer friendly organization where the sales associates are very knowledgeable of their products.
