While researching a new vehicle, our 2008 Liberty just rang up at 200K miles, and we decided to begin the search. My sons are car buffs, and asked us to consider the Sahara. Both boys are over 6'5", and with a husband who is 6"4, the Sahara proved to have the head and leg room for my very tall family. As a USAA member, I began our search on the members Car Buying Service page. The process was simple. We built our Sahara on the web, were preapproved for our car loan, and asked USAA to recommend one of their dealer partners. Three, within twenty-five miles were selected. In under after ten minutes of "building our car," Jeff Cormier called to introduce himself and Northwest Hills. He was friendly, helpful, and courteous. Jeff was able to answer all of my questions over the phone and made the initial contact with the dealership a pleasant one. Our phone conversation was followed up with an e-mail referencing our conversation; very professional. Our experience at the dealership was just as welcoming. We were greeted by Megan Finn and had the opportunity to meet and speak with the service manager, as well as the financial manager to discuss what Jeep had to offer, as well as do a comparison with what our bank had to offer. The dealership had several Sahara models in various colors, top choices, and options from which to choose. We were able to take a test drive, under rainy conditions, to get a true feel for how the vehicle could handle the conditions for which Jeep is famous. We selected our vehicle on a Friday, and took delivery on Monday. While speaking with Jeff, he was able to discuss our Liberty with us at length. We learned of a gas tank re-call and were able to schedule a new tire installation and the tank replacement. This was not one of those in and out sales. Jeff called to make sure we were happy with our purchase, suggested some options that we did not include in our "build," and was there today to make sure the additional options were taken care of. Overall, this was an excellent experience. We are very happy with our selection of the Northwest Hills dealership, and have found a new dealership to care for both our our Jeeps. More

Vicki in service was able to order new front and rear splash guards and have them installed ,ready in time for delivery. Speaks to ability of Northwest Hills departments to provide excellent customer service. Although we miss Paul, our previous 4 car sales rep, we wish him well in his retirement and continue to look forward in our continuing relationship with Northwest Hills sales and service departments. This was the first time we worked with Jeff Cormier since Paul MacBeth retired. We are happy to say Jeff did a great job and was a pleasure to work with. We brought our daughter in to get a trade-in price on her '05 Liberty. She was interested in buying a 2014 Patriot and were very pleased with the prices. While we were there we got a trade-in price on my '08 Grand Cherokee because we were thinking of turning it in. We were so happy with Jeff and everyone at Northwest Hills that we also bought a '13 Jeep Grand Cherokee the same night. The trade-in and new sales prices were great and the entire team was very accomodating and pleasant to work with.We have purchased several Jeeps from Northwest Hills and will certainly be back to see Jeff in the future because from sales to service Northwest Hills is simply the best!! In our search for a new car, we tried a lot of vehicles, Jeep Compass, Chevy Equinox, Ford Edge, Subaru Forester, Toyota Rav4 and Highlander and after all that running around, we returned to the first place Jeep Compass, Chevy Equinox, Ford Edge, Subaru Forester, Toyota Rav4 and Highlander and after all that running around, we returned to the first place where we looked, Northwest Hills. Jeff Cormier did a great job in presenting his knowledge of all the vehicles we looked at. He genuinely showed an interest in what we were looking for, showed great patience with our uncertainties, and did not pressure us in making a decision. He followed up with us about once a week to see how our search was progressing, checking to see if there was anything he could do to assist us, and invited us back to look at vehicles and ask questions. His degree of follow up was 'just right'. One thing that makes the decision to purchase a new vehicle so difficult is often times a pushy salesman. Jeff is NOT that, and our experience was one that we will tell others about and recommend to others. Our experience with Darren Schwartz during the financial part of the transaction was wonderful. He explained everything to us in great detail, was well organized with his paperwork, and seemed very knowledgeable . All in all, our experience with Northwest Hill has been a good one. More
