Traded in my GMC Acadia for a Dodge Minivan. Thought I was buying from a good dealership...but I believe that is only when you buy new. Bought this stupid minivan and while the side view mirrors where be was buying from a good dealership...but I believe that is only when you buy new. Bought this stupid minivan and while the side view mirrors where being fixed, which took over a week to do---mind you---they also did transmission repair work on the vehicle and NEGLECTED to inform me of this even though I had signed the paperwork to buy this vehicle. I found out when the transmission left me stranded and I had to pay to have it towed back to THIS dealership since the closest one to me wouldn't touch the vehicle considering it would have been a call back to NWH. Complained to both the sales manager and service department manager...they did nothing but blame each other for the "MISREPRESENTATION" of this vehicle. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!! I also paid to have them put $600 worth of tires on the vehicle since it had to have tires---yet they did nothing with the bad breaks in the vehicle---the tires BTW suck and will not even move the vehicle in a little bit of snow!!!!! I HAVE had nothing but problems with this vehicle!!! OH and yes, I could sue them for all this but who the heck has the money to do this. The lawyer I spoke to wants $$$ upfront for this!! Shame on Northwest Hills and their shady dealings!!!! More

We were actually test driving another car and were driving by the NW Hills dealership and spotted the Jeep. We had gotten a good quote on a Nissan, but wanted to test drive the Jeep first. We drove driving by the NW Hills dealership and spotted the Jeep. We had gotten a good quote on a Nissan, but wanted to test drive the Jeep first. We drove it and were given a great deal from Bill, including our trade-in. It was a spontaneous thing, but it worked out well, and were able to drive it off the lot that same day. The staff was very courteous and Bill made sure I knew how to work all of the features in the new vehicle. Excellent experience and I'd recommend them highly. More

My experience with Bill was more than I could have hope for. He was patient and listened to what I really wanted. Honest and hard working he did everything he could to get us the best deal. This was our third Jeep dealer and he blew the competition away by more than a mile. I left the dealership knowing that I had the best Wrangler for the best price out there. If you're in the market for a Jeep do not hesitate to give Bill a try. I'm sure he will not disappoint. More
