When our Pacifica arrived four months later (not bad with our current supply chain issues), Jeff handled our paperwork quickly then Johnathan walked us through our Pacifica’s many bells and whistles and followed up with us days later just to see how we were doing and if we had any other questions. Overall, the environment felt very relaxed and pressure free which we appreciated unlike our experiences with other dealers. Everyone seemed to value our time.
