Once at the dealership I was provided with a thorough background on the vehicle, and a comprehensive test drive along with a fair discussion of the vehicle I would be purchasing as well as my trade-in. I did not feel pressured and the experience was definitely professional. Bill was knowledgeable of the product and listened as I explained that I did not want hours of haggling over the vehicle. I was in and out of the dealership within a reasonable time and given the time I needed to ultimately make my decision. I purchased the Jeep and have told others about Bill and Northwest Hills.
