William answered all my questions, walked me through the various settings, On Star setup and even helped to "pair" my phone. I sincerely hope William is still at Northwest Hills when we need to purchase our next vehicle. Darren was very efficient and completed the financial paperwork in record time while informing me of the many options available to me. I also dealt with Neal when buying our Jeep and he stepped in and did the financial paperwork to help out a very busy Darren.
