Matt Dehler is Awesome!! I called Sullivan's Northwest Hills one day with questions regarding a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude. I was lucky enough to get Matt on the phone I called Sullivan's Northwest Hills one day with questions regarding a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude. I was lucky enough to get Matt on the phone. He was a true professional answering questions, going through financing options, and even taking the time to come up with two payment schedules based on what my down payment would be. A few days later, I met Matt in person, went over precisely what I wanted in the Jeep, and signed the paperwork. I will admit that I did not make this easy on him because the Altitude's were a limited edition and there are not many of them left anywhere. He searched for days until he was able to locate the exact model and specs of the one I wanted including the addition of Thule cross bars and snowboard rack...Apparently Maximum Steel Metallic was a pretty popular color because when one miraculously popped up in Jersey four days later, he excitedly texted me letting me know he had secured it and someone was already heading down to pick it up. I picked up my vehicle a week ago and absolutely love it. Matt made this entire process a pleasure thanks to his professionalism, extra effort in finding exactly what I wanted, and making sure I was satisfied with the purchase. There is no doubt that I will go back to Sullivan's and ask specifically for Matt in a few years when I am ready for another new vehicle. I highly recommend going to Sullivan's and working with Matt.
