They gave me a fair price and got me the lowest interest rate they could. Zach helped every step of the way, even though he is new at this location, I couldn't tell. I love my new jeep and I would absolutely buy from this dealer again and I will definitely recommend them to my friends. More

Within 15 minutes I received an estimate that was higher than another dealer and a private party offer. Bill made this transaction seamless and a pleasure. He was kind enough to give me a ride home. I would highly recommend anyone looking to buy or sell a car to use Bill. I know will again! More

They are friendly and not pushy when going in to look at vehicles. They listen to your questions and answer them very honestly. They do not try to sell you more than you want or need. Their service dept is also very friendly and very accommodating! Would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a jeep in the area! More

Horrible service dept! Recently bought a certified Chrysler 300 S from NWH dealer. The salesman Brian was very nice and made the process pretty simple. However, when it came Recently bought a certified Chrysler 300 S from NWH dealer. The salesman Brian was very nice and made the process pretty simple. However, when it came time to go in to have a few minor tweaks on the car done, the service dept was terrible. I had a blister on my tire that I didn't notice until I got it home, and the brakes were squeaking and shook a little. I called to have them checked out. The day I brought it I got a phone call, they said that the brakes are fine and just have some surface rust from the car sitting and that it would stop when the rust was worn off. That's ridiculous, surface rust on brakes is removed after 5 minutes of driving, and they said they weren't going to change them (I will be taking them to my mechanic to have them double checked) and why would they shake when I pressed them? Second was the tire, they said that the car wasn't sold that way and I must have curbed it! ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME! It's a good thing I took pictures on my car before I drove it off the lot or they probably would have gotten away with it! They ended up ordering it and will change it. However my car is AWD, and therefore needs all identical worn tires to not ruin the drivetrain, the guy said it will be ok, so if this ruins my car, I will absolutely be holding them accountable. What's the point of have the word certified in front of a car name if it clearly means no extra care or inspection was done on it. This isn't the first car I have bought from Sullivan (Cadillac ATS for my girlfriend) but it will be the last if this is how they're going to treat people after spending this much money here! I just want my brakes fixed and fixed right! More
