I was offered a great price (they worked hard to find me discounts, incentives, etc.), completed the paperwork quickly, walked me through the vehicle features and purchased the vehicle. I hadn't even considered purchasing or leasing a new vehicle as I assumed it was out of my price range. Bill Reudegen was very helpful and informative, giving me all of my options which eventually led to the leasing of a new 2018 Jeep Compass. He took the time to go into detail about all of the features of my new vehicle, setting my preferences. Personable and no pressure which is very much appreciated while car shopping. The only negative I would mention: The detail job on the car before pick-up was less than impressive- Though its a new car and mostly needed plastic guards and covers removed, the cloth they used to wipe the vehicle left little white remnants on every surface (including the leather on the seats). The armoral job also left streaky smears on the car doors and dash. I am certain if i had called they would have been happy to re-detail the car, but "aint nobody got time" to drive 40 minutes back to the dealership. More

Company car purchase Bill showed me the car I asked for and I liked it but the boss didn't. I was a little negative when I returned but bill turned that around quickly. He showed me another car that could work but after a test drive I realized the headlamps were not what I wanted. That was when Bill found multiable possibilities that would fit the criteria I gave him. We ended up driving to a sister dealership and the car was perfect. During the sale we were texting back and forth to make everything as smooth as possible. Registration became an issue for a short time but Bill was on top of it.
