When my husband and I took the trip from Pennsylvania to Connecticut to pick up the vehicle, we did not have high expectations regarding how long we would be there, we surely thought it would be an all day affair, as previous experiences have dictated. When we arrived, the Jeep we were there to purchase was waiting in the front of the dealership with a sign that said "Sold to the Quinns." It was the first thing we saw -- what a nice touch. We entered the dealership and was greeted right away by Bill Reudgen. He sat us down and told us what was in store. He made it seem like it was going to quick, easy and painless, but from what my husband and I have experienced in the past regarding purchasing past vehicles, we thought otherwise. Low and behold Bill was correct in what he was stating. No longer than five minutes later, we were escorted into the finance department. We were both happy and shocked that the wait for the Finance portion of this venture was not longer. The last dealership, we waited well over an hour. The Finance department had all paperwork prepared. He reviewed every piece of paper in detail with us before signing. We were soon out of there with keys in hand. The dread of purchasing this Jeep was actually quite painless. Thank You to the dealership for making this a wonderful experience. Thanks to Bill and to Jeff (I think his name was Jeff) for all of their assistance and guidance in making this a really nice day. We will definitely purchase from Northwest again, no hesitation. He gave us time and space to talk things over and consider our options. Once we made our decision he quickly found our vehicle, got it to the dealership and set up a delivery.
