I took my Cadillac for an oil change an tire rotation recently. The reception lady was very nice and prompt. The only issue I had was because of the lockdown due to covid19 so there was no one available recently. The reception lady was very nice and prompt. The only issue I had was because of the lockdown due to covid19 so there was no one available to wash my car. They offered a voucher to a local carwash except they are closed due to the same. Still there service was friendly and quick and would recommend them. More
Service od 99 Suburban I have been a long time patron of the service department and will continue to be one. I know my vehicle is getting older and parts wear out and they t I have been a long time patron of the service department and will continue to be one. I know my vehicle is getting older and parts wear out and they take longer to replace. So I understand now that a service visit is likely to more than one day, if not to wait for part delivery. The service department has been more than helpful providing rental coverage for these situations. Of late we have been pre-buying parts for installation on the next visit, when possible. This is all good stuff. The problem I have had with the last few visits is that immediately after I pick up the vehicle I find that somethings are clearly not installed properly or something else was broken during the visit: door handles with visible gaps in panels, swapped tires left in the rain thrown in the back of the vehicle soaking water into the carpeting, audible exhaust noise from gasket that broken from another repair, etc. This has meant another time consuming visit to resolve issues from the prior visit. I am suggesting more quality assurance sign-off is needed. I rather have the vehicle fully working, rather than have to arrange return visits. More

My only disappointment was with Ally's Vehicle One Universal Warranty Corporation - It wasn't "Universal" and I had to pay out of pocket for the malfunctioning sensors.
