I am quite pleased with the effort Jason and the dealership made to correct my warranty problems. However, I am highly dissatisfied with GMC's solution to my shifter assembly problem. Replacing a defective shifter assembly with the same part number potentially defective shifter assembly that has not been redesigned to correct the inherent defective design is corporate irresponsibility to the highest degree. It is also, potentially, a criminal act if a person is maimed or killed due to a ''replacement shifter assembly" failing to operate properly, thus allowing a vehicle to roll over someone because 'PARK' is not correctly engaged. In my 36 years in the manufacturing industry, I quickly learned that when you have a known recurrent component design problem, you go out and fix it without delay! This will typically keep you out of the courtroom being sued by irate customers. It also keeps your customers loyal to your brand. Sadly, corporate GMC has not done this with me. More

Customer Service? I think NOT! The web appointment service does not carry over to the actual service advisors? Therefore, after waiting for 2.5 hours for an oil change and tire rot The web appointment service does not carry over to the actual service advisors? Therefore, after waiting for 2.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation only to be told the tire rotation was not done, and having to wait for additional 45 minutes? Also, they used to provide complimentary =car wash and vacuum services? After almost a 4 hour wait, we finally got our vehicle, hoping to see it had been washed and vacuumed....well, it was very disappointing to see neither of these services was complete, we were not even asked if we wanted them? Why go to the dealer if you can get the same services at a different business for much lower cost and much less waiting time? More

I have had some bad experiences here in the past and don't trust there service department at all unfortunately. although there is new ownership since that happened and maybe they will earn my respect better than the last ownership but I am skeptical. once bitten twice shy but for now with past experiences I will keep my repairs and do them on my own. On a note about other services needed after my oil change I chuckle at the recommendations of things recommended but your pricing is way high for someone like myself that does his own maintenance I usually am shell shocked at the prices quoted to people for small maintenance items for example a license plate bulb replacement for $36.00 wow really ? I sometimes would love to share my bad experiences to the new owner so my bad experience can be used to save other customers from getting taken or have bad feeling when I go there. I am an avid Chevy fan altogether and it sucks I cant talk good about a Chevy dealership due to past experiences here.
