Jen comped me a vehicle due to the length of time it was taking to fix the vehicle, since the extended warranty company wouldn't & I couldn't afford it myself. The dealership and service department were nice but my experience with my service advisor wasn’t great. I showed up for the 12:15 time slot and went to go wait in the waiting room. Later I was informed by experience with my service advisor wasn’t great. I showed up for the 12:15 time slot and went to go wait in the waiting room. Later I was informed by my service advisor for future reference that while he knew it was easy to schedule online, it wasn’t a great time slot to choose because the techs were usually going to lunch and then he asked if I was ok with it taking maybe an hour or two for the oil change. I said yes and he said he would go see if he could find someone. Why is that time even on the schedule if the techs aren’t there and ready to do it? He also informed me of some services my car would need because of its mileage that would total another $600-$700 and probably more time waiting there. I informed him I wasn’t going to have those done that afternoon and I got the blankest look ever, kinda like I maybe inconvenienced or annoyed someone. I paid for my oil change via the message I got on my phone and when my service advisor came to talk to me the next time he told me “I followed orders well”, I’m not sure what else he was referring to besides me paying when the message said to pay through it but it was still kind of a strange thing to say to a customer. More
