Power steering fluid low, car making noise when turning. Filled power steering fluid resvoir. Took car to dealership to have diagnosed. Diagnosis was a right frount axel seal leak. Couple hiccups when car was taken in for repair, no big, things happen. After all was said and done power steering fluid still leaking. This was noticed shortly after front axel seal was repaired. The Multi-Point Inspection is truly "complimentary" not necessarily accurate, since the steering system passed inspection for any leaks (a couple times) More
It was quick and easy. Emma updated my name so I will no longer be called by my husband's name, but I believe it was Darby who had me sign my papers at the end. The only issue I had was that it was noted that I declined offered services, when I was never offered any. The gal advised I needed new tires and back brake linings, which I knew, and she rushed me out the door without letting me know that an air filter and coolant service were also on that list. Had I been advised this was an issue, I would have immediately asked when I could get those taken care of, because I had a feeling that might be needed. But no one said anything, nor was it offered, yet it was noted that I declined additional service, which is a lie. That part is pretty disappointing, and caused you to lose out on the air filter and coolant charge, that will now go to another shop. More

Didn't bother scheduling me another day, just said maybe another day, knowing it was the last day of my warranty... n do the full work my car needed.
