Everyone there was very nice but it took 4 visits to fix the initial problem. The second diagnosis of a faulty glow plug causing an intermittent fault in a exhaust sensor was almost comical. I bought an oil change package with my new truck. It's very hard to get in for oil changes, they limit the number so mechanics can do other work while a lube boy changes oil. Right in front of me the tech very hard to get in for oil changes, they limit the number so mechanics can do other work while a lube boy changes oil. Right in front of me the tech opened my door into a wall. There is no inspection done underneath. Truck has had leaks since buying it with 15k miles and it's never been mentioned by the dealership with 36k now. I haven't had other service or repair done but if you can't do something as simple as an oil change and inspection properly it would lead me to believe you can't handle any other jobs. If it weren't for the sales manager Jeff I wouldn't have bought from them. The high pressure sales tactics of the first salesman and manager were completely unacceptable. Holding my keys hostage while low balling me and trying to negotiate when I told them I had to be at work at a certain time. If you choose them for service I hope you have a better experience. More
