I initially made the appointment online for an oil change and then realized that I might need an additional service from the last appointment. I called and left 2 messages over the course of a week and a hal and then realized that I might need an additional service from the last appointment. I called and left 2 messages over the course of a week and a half but no one called me back. When I arrived I did receive my oil change but they said that I never left a message. Being at the end of the day, there was not enough time to do the 4 wheel drive fluid change which I now have to bring the truck back in again which I was trying to avoid by calling with no response. Staff seemed unaware of the software patch for the Bolt battery issue. They made a mistake loading the software, said they needed the car back to get information about the fix, but then needed to redo the battery issue. They made a mistake loading the software, said they needed the car back to get information about the fix, but then needed to redo the upload which didn’t work the first time. They did provide a ride home when the car wasn’t done, but did not have loaner vehicles available. Finally, they couldn’t find the key fob when we got there to pick up the car. Luckily one person knew where it was when she got back to the desk. The car seems ok, it just took extra time to get everything done. Hopefully when the battery replacement is available it will be more efficient. More
2018 GMC 2500 Sierra. Second time with the carpets soaked on the driver side. Took over a week to get the truck looked at. They couldn’t find the leak, even after “checking” the previous location. After a day in a half, they gave the truck back with a “if it keeps leaking let us know” Meanwhile the sound barrier is saturated and I’m fighting it so it doesn’t become a health issue with mold. When I had the time, I removed the back seat to gain access to the part that leaked the last time (cabin vent). Had a friend spray water on the top of the cab, and there it was. I used an inspection flashlight and could see the vent gasket was not sealing anything. I reached out with videos of the water and light test. So far only crickets. So to say the least, between the first and second time the truck has been in for this issue it has been a huge waste of time and my truck still isn’t correct. I’m crossing my fingers it doesn’t become unhealthy with mold. More
