I was sent a text asking if I wanted specific additional services done. I replied immediately saying yes. Upon completion of my vehicle, they did not do the services saying they didn't get the message ... I services done. I replied immediately saying yes. When I brought my 2021 Buick Encore GX in for the jack recall, I found some small gouges in the door jam. When they looked at it, we all observed several other spots where the paint was chipped. They offered to fix it with touch-up paint, and they scheduled an appointment for me a few days later, telling me it'd take about 30 mins. However, upon arrival, they told me it would take several hours, but didn't find it necessary to let me know ahead of time that I'd be without a car most of the day. When I picked up my car, I noticed that they couldn't be bothered to touch-up any of the other spots! They had my car ALL DAY, but couldn't spend a couple of extra minutes on it? I found that very dismissive and rude. Even while I found Sydney, and the rest of the service writers very nice, I'm not impressed, and not looking forward to bringing my car back for service. More
