Emma was awesome to work with. I picked my truck up on Saturday and after I did my inspection, I found that some brackets were not properly aligned and had to have a tech come and I picked my truck up on Saturday and after I did my inspection, I found that some brackets were not properly aligned and had to have a tech come and fix it. Also, there was a lot of greasy fingerprints all over my door, hood and bumper. that's why only 4 stars. More

When I got to my appointment I was told it would take an hour for my car to be ready. I told them I needed it back asap and to skip the wash. After an hour I asked about my car and was told it would take an hour for my car to be ready. I told them I needed it back asap and to skip the wash. After an hour I asked about my car and was told it would take an hour and a half to complete. At 2 hours I got my car back. I realize that unexpected things happen when working on a car but it needs to be communicated back to the customer in a more timely fashion. More

Yes, I would love to give a review, first of all it's exactly true in the commercial by the owner of his commitment to the community. Since June of last year when I purchased my 2010 Ford Edge, although exactly true in the commercial by the owner of his commitment to the community. Since June of last year when I purchased my 2010 Ford Edge, although it's an older vehicle, I had my first service done on 2/10/22. However, prior to that on 1/31/22 I brought it in for a check on the battery warning indicator, at that time made an appointment for 2/10 to replace with a new alternator, thank you Tech Ethan. I was very impressed with Emma, her knowledge of upcoming recommendations and the multi point inspection, and also the other gals with the professionalism, their sincerity and kindness to me. I've found that usually younger people, NOT ALL, but some in the service industry are not patient, and make the elderly feel inadequate, well at your company, that is not the case. So, I appreciate you the owner and your team for having a service trained proper staff to be the front-line representatives of your company, for they are to be valued as they continue to serve the community of Whatcom County. In addition, sorry to tag onto this review, but I want to also comment on the excellent service and care I got from your sales team Cody (I think) and Darryl last year in purchasing my 2010 Ford Edge, and Financial Manager Geoff Carey. I'm a recent widow, since I've gone thru Chemo for Peritoneal Cancer in 2020 and 2021, the pandemic etc., they both took very special care and sensitive to my situation, especially since I traded in my 2007 Toyota Tundra, a very difficult decision to do, but with all that in the past I look forward to recommending your company, as best as I can, as well as coming in for servicing.
