I use this service center frequently, and have never had an issue, until this last time. I dropped my vehicle off at my 11:30am appointment for an oil change, and multi-point inspection. I asked if they could check on the small oil leak they reported last time. And I was asked if I wanted my car washed, I said yes. Fast forward to 4:45pm, I arrive to pickup my car after work. They told me it would only be 15 minutes, as they had not got to it yet. 20 minutes later my vehicle was done. They had nothing to report on the inspection, like the oil leak I asked about, and my vehicle didn’t get washed either, which is no big deal, but why ask if I want it washed if you aren’t going to do it. I feel that the inspection never even happened either since they forgot about my car until I arrived. I was on a tight schedule after work, and was fully expecting to pickup my car and leave when I arrived. That’s why I made the appointment for the time of day that I did, so I knew it would be ready by the time I got there. This experience didn’t feel very professional to me. More
The service department was very difficult to deal with. It took me taking my truck to them three or four times to get it finally repaired correctly. The service department manager and his team we're not communicating, nor were they on the same page about what needed to be done. They would not provide me a loaner vehicle. My brakes began locking up at 50 miles per hour. The situation was very dangerous and the service department supervisor and I had multiple conversations about this over the phone and he still refused to get me in to get my vehicle fixed. I had to take my truck to Firestone to get an outside inspection and opinion and was told that the install of my axles and rear end was installed correctly which was causing the problem of my sensors to go haywire and cause the brakes to lock up. After telling this information to the service department supervisor nothing was done to get my vehicle in due to him reporting that there were no loaner vehicles available. He expected me to pay for a rental car even though it was their fault that my vehicle was still not repaired. Once I finally got it in their shop to be repaired after calling other department supervisors and their director, the service department supervisor insisted that my vehicle was still broken because the parts were defective and it couldn't have been their fault when I have paperwork stating that it's the install that was done incorrectly not a part failure. This was brushed off and they blamed it on the parts manufacturer. My truck has been in their shop already at this point three times. The first time I picked my truck up they broke my seat and then try to charge me to fix something that they had broke. They told me the truck was done, so when I got in the truck the seat wasn't bolted all the way down. Just horrible quality assurance. I must say my truck at this point in time is now running smoothly only after talking to James and Rich from another department. The service department sucks and my experience was horrible. I was placed in the situation where I could have died for my trucks brakes locking up at 50 to 60 mph on I-5. Somehow the service department manager did not think that they should give me a loaner for improperly installing my rear end. I would like to give a big shout out to James and the other manager from sales who took a car off of their lot as a loaner because they realized the importance of the situation. Without them I would have gotten nowhere with the service department manager or his team to not have my son and myself placed in a dangerous situation. I give James and sales manager Rich five stars however I give the service department minus one and only one Star because it finally got fixed. Thank you to Rich and James. More
Dealer refused to try to fix my radio that is always static. Said that that was the way that radio is. I have a 2020 Bolt still under warranty. I spent all day getting from my home to the dealer. Truck has grinding in front driver side tire I was thinking wheel bearings. They took it apart and couldn't find anything wrong???
