The people were nice. I had a 10:15 appt and arrived about 15 min. early and was told it would take an hour and a half to change oil and rotate tires and car wash. Was a little taken aback when service was done and told I had one tire that did not match the other three. This is the way the car was sold to me by you guys. Now the car wash, I think my 7 year old grandson could have done a better job. Also was told this was the last free oil change and I thought when I bought the car from you I was asked if I wanted to add oil changes for as long as I owned the car so I paid the extra price . Well not really happy. More
