Getting scheduled to take the truck in was fast and easy. The dealership kept me informed the whole way through. I also got a decent discount through renting through the car dealership. Another thing I was impressed with is I was only charged what I was quoted and there were no other attached fees. The man I worked with isn't listed but his name is Kyle and the mechanic I went and drove with also deserves some credit for understanding what I was trying to explain and the issues he found as well. Horrid turnaround time for installations. Was told it would take 4+ days to complete, it took a grand total of 90+ days. They would constantly leave trash or parts lying around, they didn't even install one of my parts completely. took apart things that weren't needed even after telling them explicitly "do not touch this..." in the end there were things either wrong with the final installation or things never completely got installed correctly and i had to eventually leave with my vehicle with things incorrectly installed. the bottom of my vehicle also suffered damage from poor quality control of things after install. I would both never go back there for installations of any kind or recommend anyone to do the same. More
