I had a positive experience overall, with the exception of one item. First, I was given a prompt appt for service, and Jen had a thorough grasp of the work I desired. as well as wise recommendations for ot of one item. Upon arrival at the service center, I had a few follow up questions that she answered swiftly and professionally. The shuttle service was also done well; I had met Gary the driver on a previous visit, and we had a pleasant conversation on both legs of the shuttle. Upon return, all the work and results of the inspections were explained in full. My only complaint was I was uninformed of the 3% premium charged when using my Visa card until I paid the invoice. In the future this needs to be more transparent to the customer,; had I known beforehand I may have made prior arrangements to pay by another method. More
