Service I called to talk to service about my 2012 Cadallic. This is Friday and I still have not heard from anyone. Must be to busy to help someone who purchased this car from the dealership NEW. Called another company they took the car and and fixed it the same day. Will go to them again. It was a front wheel bearing. To bad for the Cadallic dealer lost this customer. Pat More
Service Manager Stepped Up My daughter brought her car into service after she had a check engine light and loss of power warning light appear. They discovered that the code was My daughter brought her car into service after she had a check engine light and loss of power warning light appear. They discovered that the code was listed for a throttle body issue. They replaced the throttle body and I picked up the car. The repair cost was 550.00. I then drove her car to Les Schwab to get 4 new tires installed and an alignment.(Christmas present from Me and wife). I noticed after driving the car for 15 minutes that it was idling rough at intersections and I loss power a couple of times when accelerating. I called the service department and told them I would be bringing it back in the next morning. I showed up the next morning and they came back at me with a coil in the number two cylinder is causing the problem and by the way plugs should get replaced at 100K (car has 95K). Of course I was very upset. I explained how I felt and then the service manager was called. Mike Bowthorpe (Service Manager) sat down with me and listened to my concerns. Bow did not want to lose my daughter's business and would like to make things right. He offered to fix the coil and replace all 4 spark plugs for Free. Bow then came out after they pulled the plugs and showed my the corrosion on one of them. It would have been great if they would have taken the time during the first visit to look at the plugs, etc. but I feel they may have been too focused on the Codes. Ultimately, Bow made it right and besides having to wait some extra time I am happy to recommend NW Chevrolet of Bellingham for service and I will be advising my daughter to visit them when she is ready for a new vehicle. FAULTY AC SYSTEM in 2015 Chevy Tahoe- GM/NW Chevy say SOL FAULTY AC SYSTEM- GM and NW Chevy DO NOT STAND BEHIND their product and DO THE THE RIGHT THING! Virtually brand new Chevy Tahoe- 2015/ AC goes out 8 FAULTY AC SYSTEM- GM and NW Chevy DO NOT STAND BEHIND their product and DO THE THE RIGHT THING! Virtually brand new Chevy Tahoe- 2015/ AC goes out 8 months ago (1 1/2 old) then goes out again this month (8 months later-2 years old). Of course it is now a different part in the AC system- and of course because I have high freeway miles my vehicle was out of warranty both times. $700 the first time now they want $950. Tried requesting help from GM- they acted like they were going to assist and asked for tons of details, which all took my time, just to come back and say, SOL your are out of warranty, no duh! AC should not be going out in a newer vehicle regardless of miles. Over 1000 on internet sights complaining of this same issue in the same year range, YOU HAVE A PROBLEM GM! Dealer should have offered to give customer service given I just paid them $700 8 months ago and at least offer to go to bat with GM for me and get Labor waived or part cost waived. TERRIBLE customer service and faulty product. Too bad as I like my Tahoe and likely would have bought another in a year- NEVER BUY GM again!!!! Horrible treatment when they are in the wrong! FYI-car has had no accidents- absolutely no reason other than a bad part as to why AC would be going out 2 times in a 2015 $50k vehicle! SHAME ON GM and NW Chevy for taking advantage of this single sports mom! More

They both went above and beyond for 2008 Chevrolet Avalanche Both Jason Vandermolen and Chris Hosmer are The Best Service Advisors I have ever had!! They both went above and beyond for 2008 Chevrolet Avalanche LT. Jason spent a ton of hours getting and making sure that my Used Auto Warranty would pay for My Avalanche to get a whole New 5.3 L. V8 Vortec Engine and the warranty policy pay for it.. :) Thank God for both of them.. They helped relieve a lot stress on my mind!! They and the Whole NW Chevrolet GMC Cadillac Service Department Are # 1 in my Book!!! Also want to say Thank You to there Service Manager for cutting me a break on the Rental Car.. I called the dealership and let them know what had happened, Mike worked extra hard to find a way to get my family home and tried everything he could. With it being a holiday he had no options other then to have one of his employees come up to Canada to pick us up. They sent a really nice young man named Dylan to get us and even gave us their complimentary car to use until my truck was fixed. Fast forward to today Wednesday, Mike was going to find a way to go up to Canada and get my truck himself. They paid for the truck to get fixed up in Canada and were even willing to go get it for me. This is beyond amazing customer services I would recommend this company to anyone they truly are the best. Thank you Mike and Dylan you made this stressful time better. More

After driving over an hour to get there, we were told that they couldn't find our appointment that we had scheduled 6 days prior to fix a seat that was falling apart and to have a 15000 mile Oil Change. In addition we had a service notice from Buick that needed to be addressed. When we called to set this up, the bulletin number was confirmed so that the proper parts could be on hand for the repair. We were told that this was a bad day to just be showing up with out an appointment and were treated like the whole episode was an inconvenience for them. Plus the service writer kept shaking his head and intimating that we had made the whole thing up. THIS DEALERSHIP HAS LOST US FOR GOOD. (but they surely won't care). More
