Was treated like a queen! I was very hesitant to take my Honda Accord in for service at a Chevy dealership. But I sure am glad I did! Everyone was so friendly and helpful! Al I was very hesitant to take my Honda Accord in for service at a Chevy dealership. But I sure am glad I did! Everyone was so friendly and helpful! All my questions were addressed and answered. Jen, who I worked with through the service dept was thorough and helpful. Chris in the parts department helped me figure out different options and printed off information for me to look over. I was very impressed and satisfied with my treatment. I know....it’s a little weird taking my 20 year old Honda Accord to a Chevy dealership for service, but I will not be hesitant again. I will be a return customer! More

Sympathetic It took a few visits to actually locate all of the problems with my older Aveo but inj the end I believe that my car is a safer vehicle to drive. Bruce and Jen both sympathized and worked through the many issues that needed to be resolved. While also realizing the financial outlay I was making to get my car back into a reliable vehicle. They both sat and discussed all of my options and provided the answers I needed to make informed choices on my repair work. They are both to be commended! More

Very poor communication from service department Took my Chevy suburban in for service and this is the last time it will go to this dealership. Communication about the status of repairs was non exist Took my Chevy suburban in for service and this is the last time it will go to this dealership. Communication about the status of repairs was non existent. I had to call on multiple different days to get an update. Then the cost of repairs ended up being ridiculous. Was quoted a number (apparently incorrectly) then when I went to pick my vehicle up the bill was nearly 3 times what I was expecting. Not a good experience and this is the 3rd strike for them in my years going there and I’ll not be back More

During the inspection they found front axle seals leaking and checked the differential flui Brought our '07 Tahoe in to have a few issues checked out. During the inspection they found front axle seals leaking and checked the differential fluid. It was almost empty and had metal shavings in it. It wasn't safe to drive in this condition, so I authorized the work. What really bothers me is we've had 6 previous services done at Blade Chevrolet and not once did they notice the the axles leaking or check the differential fluid. The service reports from Blade (that i over payed for) say that all fluids were checked but this is obviously a lie. So now I'm wondering how much Blade really did other than overcharge me. I'm so thankful that I listened to a friend who referred me to Northwest Chevrolet. Jason Vandermolen was the service guy that i worked with and his customer service was unreal. He was one of the best service people I've ever dealt with. I recommend everyone to use Northwest Chevrolet for servicing and to ask for Jason Vandermolen. And anyone looking to purchase a new/used vehicle be sure to ask for Titus in Sales. More
