Agreed to a price with sale manager on the cadillac, then store manager said no deal cann't sell , quoted us wrong price, have to sell at list price because cash buyer, if we finance they can negotitate, we had a trade in Kelly blue book valved at $23000, they offered $15,000 we walked. Oh yea.. saleman said they can not take a deposit for vehicle and hold for a couple of days while we re-route our cash to purchase, again told to finance. over the phone went bought a Cadillac escalade in Bellevue that day no deposit, we' pick up next week. bought denali pickup in Lynnwood over the phone no problem 0 deposit pickup tomorrow. both negotiated with us, happy to have cash buyer. I asked to talk to a manager who came out and look at the damage. I was treated with respect they assessed the damage immediately made an appointment to take care of it . They took my money, but didn't align my truck because it was missing some things that were needed to align it. They didn't offer to help and still charged me for an alignment. Also, when I was trying to get a status on my truck, I called about 4-5 times and got a voicemail every time. The customer service of everyone I dealt with was horrific. I tried calling the manager to work something out because I was disappointed with my experience, but to no surprise, I got his voicemail and no returned call, so here I am. Now I have to pay to get an alignment, AGAIN. More
