DISHONEST I went in to look at a used car that was listed on their website without a price. When I got to the store, Jeff Tolsma, one of the managers told me t I went in to look at a used car that was listed on their website without a price. When I got to the store, Jeff Tolsma, one of the managers told me that they want $32,999 for the car. The car has a market value of about $27,500. After some negotiation, Jeff told me that the best he could do was $30,000 and went on about how the market value of the car was worth $35,000 and how he can’t lose money selling a car. The usual xxxxxxx salesman pitch. I walked. 15 minutes after I left, I checked their website again and the car was listed at $28,999. There was no way that one of the sales managers would not know about this. Trust is the most important component of any relationship. The management at this dealer will lie right to your face. Says a lot about who they are. More
