Staff lack information No one knew much about the questions i ask about like my rewards for one, they said it would take a few days, i have owned Cadillac’s all my life and No one knew much about the questions i ask about like my rewards for one, they said it would take a few days, i have owned Cadillac’s all my life and never had such poor service. They were not very knowledgeable about things, they also told me it would take 1/2 hour to complete job and after an hour i went to ask and no one knew, they never came and told me when it was done, i just got up and saw it sitting there. Plus they never pre warned me that i wont be able to open my windows for 3 days, could nit believe they neglected to share that prior in install. Never ask if i wanted to use my Rewards either so i assumed they used it but did not...etc etc More
