I saw a vehicle that was advertised and went in to look at it. I was greeted by a very nice young man named David Kelly. I was treated with the utmost respect and kindness. He made every attempt on my behalf but I ended up not purchasing the car because of a couple features it did not have that were on my want list. The true test was when I told him I decided against the vehicle. He remained as nice and respectful that he had been when we first met. He told me that it was important that I got the vehicle that truly met my needs. A happy and satisfied customer appears to be his goal. Warranty Claim on Windshield wipers for 2012 Equinox I rec'd notice from GM of a potential problem with the wiper mechanism on my car. I had the stated problems a few months ago. Had service done at Blade Chevy in Mt Vernon as that's where the problem happened. Wasn't sure whether I'd have to run down to Blade to start the claim so I stopped in Bellingham Chevy to find out. To my surprise I didn't have to. The folks at Bellingham Chevy were right there to help with my claim. Only one thing left.....to see if I get my refund for the expenditure within the two weeks that the dealership said I would get it. :-) More
