Johnny was friendly, never pushy and allowed us time to think about our purchase and was very helpful, the same goes for Kelly. We’ve dealt with other Financial Managers in other purchases that seem like they only care about the deal itself not the customer! He was helpful, kind and friendly and made us feel very comfortable. We had an experience with a Sales Manager, Nelson. I’m not going into details but his comment of Don’t come back to me five minutes from now wanting to change the deal was so unprofessional and so impersonal. It was so uncomfortable that I was in tears how he came across to us. Buying a new vehicle is stressful,enough without having to have added stress. Thank you Johnny and Kelly for maintaining a kind and respectful attitude, we are grateful to both of you for helping us with this purchase! Our stars reflect strictly Johnny and Kelly. More

warranty claims The Service Dept. rep, Jason, was very professional, detailed, and straight forward and honest with his replies to my questions. I am quite pleased w The Service Dept. rep, Jason, was very professional, detailed, and straight forward and honest with his replies to my questions. I am quite pleased with the effort Jason and the dealership made to correct my warranty problems. However, I am highly dissatisfied with GMC's solution to my shifter assembly problem. Replacing a defective shifter assembly with the same part number potentially defective shifter assembly that has not been redesigned to correct the inherent defective design is corporate irresponsibility to the highest degree. It is also, potentially, a criminal act if a person is maimed or killed due to a ''replacement shifter assembly" failing to operate properly, thus allowing a vehicle to roll over someone because 'PARK' is not correctly engaged. In my 36 years in the manufacturing industry, I quickly learned that when you have a known recurrent component design problem, you go out and fix it without delay! This will typically keep you out of the courtroom being sued by irate customers. It also keeps your customers loyal to your brand. Sadly, corporate GMC has not done this with me. More
