We enjoyed our interaction with Josh and Kelly Queen a lot! We found a car online we were interested in, called on our way and reached Josh, and when we arrived he had two cars we were interested in pulle lot! He was absolutely low pressure and very polite and personable. We were so glad he picked up the phone when we called so we got to work with him! Kelly Queen, the finance guy was hilarious and entertaining and very knowledgeable and experienced. He explained things clearly and even talked about some of the things they've been working on to move their systems forward technology-wise. They're going places! I'd definitely recommend them and work with them again. More

I came out of there with what I wanted eventually. My salesman, Kole, was very kind and helpful and kept me in the loop every time a new truck came in that fit the description of what I wanted. My one complaint is that I was very clear about how much I can afford with financing up front. When passed on to the people quoting me, they couldn't seem to stay there. Example: I tell them I can absolutely go no more than $400/month, period. They search for trucks they initially tell me should fall into that price range, however then I get a quote for $625/month. What? No, I cant go over $400...they come back with $589...then $569 and so forth -$20 (or abouts) at a time. Just tell me up front if its out of my price range, don't waste my time when I told you I can't go over $400. But overall, I'm happy with my purchase and my initial service I received before the quoting and after we got to my price. Thank you! :-) More

With the COVID-19 situation I really did not know what to expect but found the service area taking all precautions. Since this was a quick oil change, I waited in the lounge. Seating was arranged to socially distant criteria, and everyone with out exception was masked. The job was completed on time as promised and the vehicle was sanitized before it being returned to em. I was really impressed at how dedicated the Team was to their safety as well as to their customers. More

Efficient service for common maintenance. The general oil change service and replacement brake fluid and transmission fluid went smoothly. Extra help with less common items like inoperable electronics did not go as smoothly. Minor problem with driver side seat position memory and inoperable cooling seat feature was not able to be inspected without paying for a full diagnostic (not worth it for minor inconveniences). No attempt made to find a simple solution to the two electronics issues without going through the pricey diagnostics. Maybe the full diagnostic is the only way, but I would have appreciated someone at least to take a look at it to see if if was something simple that did not need the full diagnostic. More
