Very thorough and fair. Had a check engine light misfire fault which they diagnosed as bad spark plugs on a 4 year old Volt car with about 20k miles of which maybe 1k on the engine. GMC refused to cover und fault which they diagnosed as bad spark plugs on a 4 year old Volt car with about 20k miles of which maybe 1k on the engine. GMC refused to cover under the drive train warranty as the plugs are considered maintenance. NW covered all the costs as they agreed this should have been covered by GMC. More
