I got Horrible experience for lease RAV4. I'm already bought car 3 times. But I never seen dealer like that!! I did pick up my car before i want call back to me about ready for car. B I'm already bought car 3 times. But I never seen dealer like that!! I did pick up my car before i want call back to me about ready for car. But They did't. Car was not ready yet. Also They did't check car condition. JUST SIGN FOR DOCUMENT. It was damage rear door put on ORANGE paint. Other sales person try to remove it take 30min. They did't call back C/S CALL!! ALSO. After time. 5days later i was put in bad survey after they call me back. OMG...This is really bad for business. More

I particularly like the service desk - everyone there is so friendly, they never talk down to you, are quick getting all the paperwork out and keep you informed if anything comes up. I know the whole department relies on the staff in the back who are servicing the car. Kudos to them for quick service and really taking care of my car. This is my second Prius - I drove my first one for 8 years and am now on year 2 with this one. I would not take my car anywhere else. More

I explained this to service appointment operator and was told service dept was closed but would re open in 2 weeks due to the fire that occurred in Marc.h. After 2 weeks I called back to schedule appt. for oil problem. Again I was told they were not open yet , wait another week . I finally got an appointment on July 10, first one available when they reopened.. At that visit I was told the warranty would not be honored on the oil consumption because it expired July 2.,2017. So because of their fire and their service department ,I am now stuck with a car that burns up oil and to fix it will cost me $4,000. When we complained to Toyota , they called Northway Toyota and the service manager lied to them and told them while they were closed ,customers were directed to go to other dealerships for repairs. No one ever told me to do this and no one ever told me the oil warranty had an expiration date . So my car was 8 days out of warranty , due to their circumstances/ fire. And I was never redirected to go elsewhere for service and then they lied to the Toyota company to cover it up. More

She did not finance her vehicle but was paying with her own money. Since it was not financed through a bank, it should have taken only a few minutes to settle up, sign and leave. The car wasn't even detailed before we arrived on the day of purchase. We had to wait in the make shift office, (tent) while they were detailing her car and putting the plates on it. Dan was really disrespectful to her, when she refused to purchase the glass coating they offered. The staff was more interested in making new sales with people shopping that day instead of finishing up the sale with my mother in law. It's so sad when older people aren't treated fairly or respectfully! What's the world coming to?😔 My husband and I a week ago purchased a vehicle from New Country Toyota and we were treated like gold! Everything was ready and professional! Do yourself a favor, go to New Counrty Toyota instead. It was such a fun experience! Our sales person there was Josh Haase. 👍🏻👍🏻 More
Poor service standards I purchased a new Avalon at this dealership and had two routine services performed by their service department. At the first service, they inflated th I purchased a new Avalon at this dealership and had two routine services performed by their service department. At the first service, they inflated the tires to 36 psi, at the second service to 32 psi. The owners manual recommends 33 psi . Also, I had the car washed at the second service and they left it covered with water spots. I contacted the dealership to question these issue and was informed that they do not dry vehicles, and they avoided the discrepancy with the tire inflation. More

This company sends me spam emails once a week I will never buy a car from here again. Not only did they never install a new battery that was promised to us, but they tried to sell us a windshield I will never buy a car from here again. Not only did they never install a new battery that was promised to us, but they tried to sell us a windshield with a crack in it. They then replaced it with an extremely low quality one. Also, the amount of spam emails I receive from this place is ASTOUNDING. They send me crap every five days. I've unsubcribed from so many of their email accounts I've lost track of how many there actually were. I'm talking at least five different email addresses that WILL NOT LEAVE ME ALONE. Do NOT shop here. They are dishonest and use slimy sales tactics. More
