Awesome service department. I am always greeted with smiles and curtesy. I get a full explanation of what is happening and they will come out and ask if anything needs a decision I am always greeted with smiles and curtesy. This is my second Toyota that I have maintained with Northway - far superior than service I have had anywhere else. btw - I usually wait because they will give an estimate of time and it is very accurate.
