Oil Change Robery I had a worst experience with the service department. I called service departed to get a quote on oil change, Louis told me that my 2011 RAV4 takes sy I had a worst experience with the service department. I called service departed to get a quote on oil change, Louis told me that my 2011 RAV4 takes synthetic oil and it will cost me about $65. I went the dealership and got the oil change, but when I got to the car I realized that they did the normal oil change instead of synthetic. When I complained to them they said that they never told me about the synthetic oil change, even service manager supported his employee. I complained to Toyota of America but to no avail. I guess I have to find another dealer and this time have them quote me on paper before any work to my car. Best of luck to all who still wants to go to Northway Toyota. More
