Destroyed the tire system on my brand new car I purchased a brand new car a year ago - hardly drove it because I have been out of town for the last year helping an aunt. I have done everything since, including put brand new tires on - the tire light will not go off. More
oil change usually great service ???? Had an oil change and they left dirt marks on the drivers side visor and visor area. I did not notice till the next day and usually great service ???? Also had a scheduled oil change, took my car and then waited people coming in after me were being called to check out I saw my car sitting in the lane where its ready, I waited and waiting finally I approached someone my paper work was on someones desk thank you to the female person who checked me out. Beware of used car manager Called on a Saturday just before 4 pm to look at a 2014 Tacoma. It was verified by Nicholas M. The vehicle was available and I scheduled a test drive Called on a Saturday just before 4 pm to look at a 2014 Tacoma. It was verified by Nicholas M. The vehicle was available and I scheduled a test drive for 5:00 pm and was told vehicle would be ready and to go to reception upon arrival and see Chris Reynolds(new car sales manager). I did that when I arrived and a salesmen came right up and Chris told him the stock # and to retrieve the keys and plate. Why wasn’t that already done I was wondering???..... while that was going on I talked with John Chidsey (used car sales manager) about vehicle history and he gave me some info. When looking over vehicle another salesman brought a customer up to look at same vehicle who in turn started to harass me while I was trying to look over vehicle. Very unprofessional. I finished test driving and really liked the car. I asked John O’Connor( sales consultant) about a deposit so my wife could come and see next day( Sunday) and do bank stuff Monday. He told me I would have to discuss that with John Chidsey, who told me no.....said other customer was going to write a check while I was in my test drive......what’s that about. What ever happened to first come.....first served. I’ll never do business with them ever. I was seriously offended More

I told him that I wanted to take out a new lease and I chose a highlander that was $399 per month and he explained all of the details to me and he said that he was going to take me to the financial person and she also gave me a full briefing about the lease and what I had to sign, and we had a misunderstanding about the insurance because although I didn't want a new insurance because it was an extra 27$ per month so I signed the paper and when I got the payment it was $426 even though it was supposed to 399 so I called the salesman and he said that he would get back to me, then I spoke to the financial person and she said that she had already handed everything in. I went to the store in latham new york called northway toyota. And the lady told me that she was not able to change anything that had happen. Due to the misunderstanding I accidently signed the paper that caused me to pay an extra 27$. I was upset because I had a budget of 399 and she couldn't do anything so I asked to speak to the sales general manager. The Managers name was Mr. Mat if I am not mistaken. He helped me out very much and made me feel as if what I was saying really mattered and he gave me a lot of respect, he was very humble, very understanding, and approached me in a very kind way, he listened to me and he tried to explain to me that what I had signed had already gone to the bank and that the insurance for the car has to be paid in full and when he heard what had happened to me he did something very kind. He gave me a discount and offered to give me 1200 to make me happy and when he said that I really appreciated the respect he gave to me and how he believed me as a person but I still had to pay the 426 because the papers were already finalized, because of what he had offered me and how nice he was I accepted the payment in full because he was so kind and because of the gentle way that he explained it to me and I said that i do not want the refund because when the man offered me the refund i said i don't want the refund because of the respect that you gave me and I walked out of the dealership and he was the winner and i hope that all of Toyota is a like him. He made me feel as if I had a choice, even though I walked into the dealership with the plan to deny the extra payment. This man deserves a position higher that his own and I appreciate him to the point where he is one of the most respectable men i have ever met. And I hope that everyone at Toyota is like him. More
