I was a returning customer with a mint condition Toyota to trade and I was unable to make a resonable deal. I went to another Toyota dealership closer to home and they gave me a price over two thousand les to trade and I was unable to make a resonable deal. This dealership has excellent service and i gave them to chance to earn my business by starting my contact through the internet, but inlike tha last time i bought a car from them using the internet i was not able to get a price without coming in and bascially starting the old-fashioned time-consuming provess from ground zero, even though I had made an appointment. i was just turned over to a salesman like my previous contact meant nothing. i had previously recommemded this dealership to others for sales but will no longer do so. too bad-the folks in service work too hard to be knocked out of the box by greedy sales managers that want to make too much money on each deal.
