From the moment we walked into the dealership, we were greeted with a very warm welcome by Kevin Corry, our salesperson. Kevin was extremely helpful, understanding, friendly, and patient as we walked around the lot and talked about what we were looking for. We finally landed on a 2008 Lexus ES-350. Throughout the process, Kevin showed a positive attitude and very customer oriented. He did a phenomenal job! I had an outstanding experience at Northway Toyota in Latham, NY. Ms. Laura Sanderson was very attentive and answered all my questions. I ordered a Prius with specific options with an estimated delivery 6-10 weeks away. Regardless, Ms. Sanderson kept in touch during the waiting period and called to give me first option to purchase other similar vehicles that came in. I decided to purchase a different car from the one I ordered and I am glad I did because I like this car much more than the one I originally wanted to purchase. When I took delivery of the car, Ms. Sanderson spent a great deal of time with me showing me how the different features of the car worked. She did not try to rush me through the process and explained everything thoroughly. Overall I was extremely pleased with the dealership and particularly with Ms. Sanderson. She is an asset to the dealership and a great representative for Toyota. By the way, my family purchased a Toyota Corona from this same dealership many, many years ago. I think the car was a previously owned 1967. I must say that Toyota cars have really changed since then! More

I first called Toyota and spoke with Mr. Ceccuci about repair work on my 2011 Toyota Camry. After getting the necessary information, I called my insurance company and then brought my car down for an appri repair work on my 2011 Toyota Camry. Mr. Cecucci was friendly, professional and gave me not only the costs involved but what and why they had to do it to get the car looking like new. He then filled out all the necessary paperwork and faxed it to my insurance company. Since I was leaving on vacation for a week Mr. Ceccuci told me to just call him when I got back to set up an appointment to do the work. I was also told about renting a car while my car was being worked on. When I got back from vacation, I called and got an appointment for the following week. The day I brought it in (Monday) I talked with Mr. Travis Paul who was also friendly, Professional and helpful. After taking some information he took me over to the rental desk and that guy (I didn't get his name) was also great - he explained everything to me, filled out the necessary paperwork and I was on my way in no time. My car was supposed to be in the shop about a week - On Tuesday afternoon(one day later) Toyota called me and my car was ready (that's great service). Wednesday morning I came to get my car and Mr. Paul brought me out to see it before I signed any papers and on the way to the car he mentioned that it was also washed. When we got to the car there was sevral parts of bird poop on it. Whithout me every saying anything, he said he would have the car washed again. (Now that's service beyond expectation). I was very impressed. By the time I finished paying for my rental car, Mr. Paul had my car out front and the finished paperwork done. I can't tell you how happy and satisfied I am with the whole process and experience I have had with this dealership - from purchasing my vehicles ( I am now leasing one) to the excellent service I get every time I bring my car in.
