Mr. and Mrs. Hoogeveen and the financial advisor I met with took the time to listen to what my needs were during my lease buyout. They then went out of their way to not only accommodate my needs by providing me with the same exact payments I had during my lease, but they were able to work in an extended warranty, GAP insurance, and I received 3 oil changes. I was introduced to the service and body shop personnel as if I had just bought a brand new vehicle and received new plate covers for my license plates. I will return to this dealership and hope to deal with Bill and his wife again when it comes time for me to trade in what is now MY car. More
