The sales person I dealt with, Laura Sanderson, was friendly and very knowledgeable and helped me find the car that I wanted. It was not on their lot and she had to go through quite an ordeal to get me the exact model I wanted. I never felt pressure from anyone at the dealership. A couple days after I received the car, I noticed a problem with the driver seat. To me, it felt uncomfortable as if the padding was bulging in certain places. I brought it in to the dealership and, even though they could not find anything wrong with it, they replaced the seat for me. They didn’t have to do this and I was very impressed with the service.
