My latest episode involved some scratches on my right side door. At first I tried to correct it myself by buying a paint stick from Toyota, getting a buffer polish etc. I got directions on how to apply paint stick and buff and polish it. Well - I really messed it up and decided that I would get it fixed at my Northway Toyota dealer. I saw Liam and explained everything to him and he told me that he could fix it right away. He did (it took about 10 minutes). When he was finished I asked him how much I owed and he said he would not charge me anything - that Toyota valued good customers and he was just doing his job. I believe he did more than just his job. This dealership will never go out of business as long as the continue to employee people like Liam Bunk. As far as I am concerned I will continue to do business with this dealership in the future. Additionally, Northway Toyota Sales people are also very good. James W. Andi More
Northway Toyota dealership is hungry of your money. I went there for a timing belt replacement which is quite an expensive maintenance service. I asked the service rep to make an appointment for the timi went there for a timing belt replacement which is quite an expensive maintenance service. I asked the service rep to make an appointment for the timing belt replacement and also to find out the cost to fix the click noise that comes from the front suspension when I accelerate the car from stop or on turns. I asked the Rep if there will be any cost to diagnosis. He said no cost. The cost for timing belt replacement will be $442 including tax. I have a written quote for it. On the day of appointment I was told that They will charge me for front end diagnosis. I told them not to to do any diagnostic service if you are telling me now. During the service they called me that i also need the replacement of transmission fluid which was replaced just 4 days ago. I told them no need to change the trany fluid. Anyway I was handed a bill of timing belt replacement $480 which was $38 more than the quote. I hate lies and tricks to make money telling different things and doing different. I will never go to the northway Toyota unless they apologize and reimburse me for the extra they charged me. I will call the manager to morrow and see how it goes. I will post this on my face book and any other media I can inform the community about the fraudulent service and undue extras they like to add which is not needed More

I bought my 2008 Mitsubishi evolution gsr in august 2012 from Northway. Pricing was average...pretty much book value, not over or under priced. But these are fairly rare cars (in stock form) so there isnt too much room for negotiation. Overall was satisfied with the buying experience. What makes this dealer exceptional is their service. I recently had a VERY expensive issue with the car. It was covered under warrenty, but I was in dire need of a rental. Typically the car needs to be diagnosed and the warrenty company has to agree to pay before they will begin paying for a rental. However Clayton (and the servicer manager, cant remember his name) took care of the rental for me until it was diagnosed saving me a few bucks out of pocket. I know the warrenty company would have reimbursed me, but I thought it was awesome they made a aggrivating situation better by allowing me to eliminate a step. They both were super nice and professional and handled my situation perfectly. I had one other issue previously that was handled immediatly as well. Both times I needed help, Northway pulled thru and I would definitly buy from them again. More
I live in Kansas city, and purchased over phone. Jennifer was wonderful to work with and went above and beyond for me, getting me more detailed pictures and helping me with travel arrangements, even Jennifer was wonderful to work with and went above and beyond for me, getting me more detailed pictures and helping me with travel arrangements, even picking me up from the airport herself. After much research and a bit of dealing with another Toyota dealership, I went to Northway Toyota. The staff were all upbeat, professional, courteous and just plain old fun to deal with. George Carta was excellent --- very straightforward about everything. He knew that we did our research and knew what we wanted. He respected that and didn't try to talk us into anything. He sold me the car I wanted for exactly the price I wanted and worked up a deal for the whole transaction that was exactly what I had hoped for. A friend recommended that I go to Northway and I'll be doing the same when the opportunity presents itself. More
I stopped in two years ago to test drive two different models I was considering to purchase in the future. Liam was the sales guy I had for that visit. I wound up purchasing a vehicle from a friend. About 3 weeks ago i was searching for a different vehicle on the internet and Northway Toyota had a model i was interested in so i scheduled a test drive. When i walked thru the door and saw that Liam, my man was the dealer i was going to be dealing with i was over joyed. Liam has a lade back personality similar to mine and overall my previous experience with him left a memorable impression on me. Like Allstate, I new i was in good hands with Liam. Well, I went in expecting to just test drive but wound up buying and Liam made me comfortable and confident all the way thru the purchase process. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of or that there was going to be any hidden fees. Liam explained everything and was eager to answer any questions or concerns I had. The vehicle I purchased from him is the newest vehicle I have ever purchased and the first time I have ever purchased a vehicle from a dealership and I will definitely look to purchase my next vehicle from him. More

I am very Happy with both my new Camry and with Northway Toyota. I had a Terrific experience and felt no pressure at all. My questions were all answered. I was not rushed.
