worst experience in 42 years of driving! I paid sticker price for the first time ever, they refused to budge on the price. Then I was handed the paperwork and discovered the car had been in an accident, and had been a leased vehicle, which is NOT what they told me. I've had numerous electrical issues with the car when doors won't lock, back hatch won't open, tire pressure light stays on and more. I called everyone right up to the general manager for weeks to get the accident report and still haven't received it. When I went in for service, the appointment wasn't in the computer (they did take it in anyway), they never checked the spare which I specifically asked them to do, and they never reset the tire light. They also do not provide a loaner car or wash your vehicle, which is a service I've routinely received from my previous dealer. When you buy a new or nearly new car, they should provide you with a free loaner when your car is being serviced. This is a huge inconvenience for me. IMHO lousy service. More

Got everything I wanted and more I was on the market for Toyota Venza for few weeks when saw it on Northway Toyota lot. From the very beginning of my experience with Sales at the Nort I was on the market for Toyota Venza for few weeks when saw it on Northway Toyota lot. From the very beginning of my experience with Sales at the Northway I was very pleased with knowledge, understanding, and no rush kind of approach. It took me a week of searching thru other dealerships and get very disappointed with results that send be right back to Northway Toyota. There was no other Venza on the market in such impeccable condition. And to add to the great buy; sales people and manager were most understanding and worked out the best and fare deal that I was very happy about. I love my 2011 Venza. And experience that I have at the dealership: no hassling, no annoying calls, fare ( very fare) price. I got everything and more that I wanted in my new (used, but new to me) car. Highly recommend, if you on the market for Tyota, Northway is your dealership. More
Surprising I used to love this place for my car servicing. I always used to do all my servicing here. But today i went for oil consumption check up and i talked I used to love this place for my car servicing. I always used to do all my servicing here. But today i went for oil consumption check up and i talked over the phone with one of the agent if they could check my brake as its giving some noise. The agent said they'll check it for free. When everything was done, they gave me a bill of 33 dollars for the brake check only.. They even didnt have to work on it. I wouldn't mind paying but they say something over phone and do something else in real... I will not go back to them again. More
Exactly What We Wanted When I first contacted Northway Toyota via email and asked after a Prius C and gave my price range, I expected to get the same runaround I had gotten When I first contacted Northway Toyota via email and asked after a Prius C and gave my price range, I expected to get the same runaround I had gotten from other local dealers, "that's not possible" "your expectations are unreasonable" or my favorite "this isn't how car buying works." None of that runaround happened at Northway Toyota. I came in expecting to look at a car, state my price and either be subject to hours of negotiating or be told "No" right away. What I got was an exceptionally personable sales associate in Mike. We checked out the car, loved it, went back to the sales office and he started looking at numbers and seeing if what I wanted was possible. The complete openness about their current sales was refreshing. There was no secrecy or digging through ads, they provided the ad sheet up front. As a result I did something I never do when buying a car, I gave them the amount I wanted to pay upfront. And they met it completely. No back and forth. No hassle. One meeting with a manger and it was done, a deal better than any nationally advertised. I was shocked and couldn't believe they were this honest. The paperwork flew by and when we came in to pick up the car we were again met with excellent service. I've always viewed buying a car as a challenge, a you vs. the dealer experience that is both frustrating and draining. Northway Toyota brought back the joy of not only going home with a new car, but buying it and feeling great about where you shopped. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with this purchasing experience and I would recommend Northway Toyota to anyone who wants to have fun and enjoy purchasing their next vehicle. More
I was driving through Colonie and tried to use 4wd and the indicator light started flashing but the 4 we wouldn't engage. I drove in to Northway, without an appointment and was treated great. I had work done at Curry Toyota and they forgot to plug the 4 WD actuator back in. Northway made the repair, had us back on the road and didn't charge us a dime. This is the second time this dealer has provided us with exceptional service. I highly recommend them. More
The price of the car was too high compared to other delears in the area. Then I asked them what is the final price of the car if I want to the car today. The sales man went to the sales managerto ask and he came back with 200 dollar's less than what it was mark.the car was maked at $29000 and he wanted to sale the car for $28800.so I dont recommend anyone to go to northway toyota. Unlike other dealers in the area, our salesman at Northway Toyota , Liam Bunk, spent almost two hours with us explaining the different models and options for the car. He was terrific on the test drive, explaining as we drove along. He showed us many cars and explained the differences between them. He promptly answered any follow-up questions when I called him afterwards. He was not pushy at all. He didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. We got a great trade in $ amt. and an excellent price on the new vehicle. Liam went above and beyond to help us with financing options and discounts. Other Toyota dealers we visited would not consider negotiating much of a price decrease or offer any discounts. Go see Liam at Northway Toyota.. He knows his stuff, he is a pleasure to work with and he has a great sense of humor which made the car buying experience fun. More
This dealership exhibited extremely unethical business practices. The sales manager reneged after the price was negotiated. It was an overall waste of time.
