Best car buying experience yet :) Drove about two hours to check out a car we found on carfax.com for our daughter. We could not be more pleased with the speed of service from Donna and Paul. We were able to do most of our paperwork by phone, and what we didn't was easily handled by Paul. Do NOT be put off by a young girl salesman, Donna knows her stuff and is very down to earth and fun to work with:) For a small dealership, with a small staff, ( thank you to the gentleman who cleaned the car up for us too! Did not catch his name.) , they run a great business. Great..affordable.. vehicles with absolutely NO hassle. We hassled them more I think.. ;)They were very informative and helpful, even directing us where we could go to let our new driver get a "feel" for the car. It was well worth the drive to buy there. We will shop there again, and having the history with the carfax right online greatly helped with our decision. More

Basia was very professional and understanding of my needs and situation. I told her I had just began my search and she had offered to assist me throughout the process regardless if I purchased with her which was refreshing. Don't find any sales reps who are willing to give objective advice and help even without your business. Seems consistent with the rest of her reviews though. Overall I'm very pleased with my visit and although I'm undecided and still searching I have Northway at the top of my list in considerations. Looking forward to doing business with them in the future. More

Good car but lost off elementary things missing So i found the car i wanted through on a car website, and i found that the car was a good price online, but at the dealer ship it was tough to get the So i found the car i wanted through on a car website, and i found that the car was a good price online, but at the dealer ship it was tough to get the online price with out showing it, that i did not like, further things like the battier did not have the holding bar or the windshield wipers being complete xxxx and i mean unusable xxxx, did not like spending that, OK enough of the bad stuff i did like even thought i had no credit history they were still able to get the loan in my name with a co-signer i do give you guys a lot of credit for that, if anyone reading this review has bad to no credit just get a co-signer and you should be able to get the car you need, the waiting process was long but it was worth it. More

Worst Experience Ever Before even buying my car, I submitted an online application early in the morning. I received no call regarding my application as to the status. So Before even buying my car, I submitted an online application early in the morning. I received no call regarding my application as to the status. So of course I called to check in. I was told someone would call me back, never got a return call. I only kept calling because I was hoping to go that evening to get the car and it is a 2 hour drive one way so I needed to leave work early to make it there before they closed. Called the next morning and the loan application was approved just no one seemed to call and let me know. That should of been the red flag, but I know people get busy so I let it go. Decided to get the car and asked them to have paperwork ready as I was driving 2 hours to get there and traveling with a 2 year old. They assured us it would be ready, of course it was not. During the signing the papers I stopped because the purchase price was not what I saw online. So I pulled out ad that I had printed off to show them and has told they would not honor it. It was only a $300 difference, so you would think will all the hassle thus far they would give it to me for the internet price. The fuel light was on in the vehicle so I asked if it would be filled, I was told probably not but they took it across the road and put $10 into it, waste of time as I had to go right back over there to fill it for my 2 hour drive home. Since that day it has been part after part. Tire sensor light is on dash, service park assist is on, rear windows do not work, cruise control works intermittently. As of yesterday with the freezing temperatures I had no heat up front and check engine light is on. Called them of course a few times because it will not pass inspection like that, as they promised it would. No calls back of course and was promised a call back this morning and nothing. Worst experience ever with this place. More
