Trey marshaled me through the paperwork process, sent the car off to be prepped, and gave me a brief tour of the dealership. During my waiting period, I had another positive encounter with Henry Lomax. Mr. Lomax gave another set of reasons to feel comfortable about doing business with Northtowne VW and Trey Hubbard. I had a wonderful experience at Northtowne VW. Trey made buying a car very easy and never made me feel like I was getting pushed around. After looking at his recommended cars it was hard for me to make a de buying a car very easy and never made me feel like I was getting pushed around. After looking at his recommended cars it was hard for me to make a decision. I went back and forth a few times on which car I wanted and Trey never got annoyed when I changed my mind. I walked in having my heart set on a Jetta, but after a quick test drive I realized it was a little small. He suggested to jump up to a Passet. And it was a wonderful recommandation. I loved the fact that I never had to go back and forth with numbers. After talking to his finance manager he came back with the numbers that would work and never gave me the run around (like a previous dealer). My fiance has a 2012 Camery and I like it, but I absolutely love my 2012 Passet. Thanks Northtowne VW! More
