Motor burned oil and blew up after 2 months. Took 2 months to fix it while I paid for insurance on the rental they gave me a long with the payments and insurance for my Sportage sitting. Didn't change the AC and claimed they didn't drain it. When swapping a compressor over you have to drain the AC they lied to me and wanted a diagnosis fee. I changed it myself and the pressure held still months after filling it. Also left me with a dead battery from sitting and a bad wheel speed sensor. Lost money at work from being without a car and being stranded on the highway for hours. The crazy thing is I notified them that the motor was low on oil when I looked at it. Honda said they did and oil change but nothing was logged to car fax. They logged changed when they replaced the junk oil burning motor they sold me. Stay away from northtown in general. Kia and Hyundai vehicles they are especially junk. More
This was the closest to an internet sale I have done on my last 6 Kia's. Being in a dealership for hours and listening to them in the past talk about how they don't make money while standing in a building my last 6 Kia's. Dealership refuses to help me with lemon kia that has so many recalls. The latest one is software update to help it not get stolen so easy and I was told it’s my responsibility to call the dealer once a wee many recalls. The latest one is software update to help it not get stolen so easy and I was told it’s my responsibility to call the dealer once a week to find out if they are ready to fix my vehicle, they sold me the vehicle has had so many recalls. I consider it a lemon, and they refused to help me in anyway. More
