I did a lot of research then went in for a test drive to simply find out what the 2020 Kia Soul was like and see if I liked it. The salesman Mike was so knowledgable and came back with such a great trade-in simply find out what the 2020 Kia Soul was like and see if I liked it. The salesman Mike was so knowledgable and came back with such a great trade-in value ($300 over 2 other dealerships!) that I decided to buy on the spot. No price haggling necessary, but I did a bit anyway and he made sure my payments were right where I needed them. "The other Mike" (the finance guy) was awesome and helped me understand the ins and outs of the warranty packages. (And was very patient!) Fantastic experience overall. Thanks, guys! More
