A very clean dealership with friendly and knowledgeable people to interact with. I was disappointed that there were only 3 vehicles in the showroom and no material to take and read about kia’s line. Dealer seems to be slipping. Since my Kia purchase in July 2016 till now my experience with the service department was excellent, then I received a letter from Kia for the antith Since my Kia purchase in July 2016 till now my experience with the service department was excellent, then I received a letter from Kia for the antitheft software upgrade. I immediately called for an appointment and was told they know nothing about it and to call back the next week. I called the next week and was told the same thing. I called West Herr just to see what they would tell me. They were aware of the recall and took care of it for me. I then attempted to make an appointment for a NYS inspection and oil change in the beginning of July. They told me I couldn't get in until August and to take it somewhere else if I wanted it inspected in July. I contacted West Herr and they went out of their way to get me in before the end of July. What gives Northtown Kia ? I would rather not have to drive to Orchard Park from Tonawanda for service. More
