On 7 28 21 I received an email from northtown kia about wanting to buy my 2 year kia due to their lack of used inventory. Adam reisdorf, a salesman reached out to me. I said I really wasn't interested in s wanting to buy my 2 year kia due to their lack of used inventory. Adam reisdorf, a salesman reached out to me. I said I really wasn't interested in selling because I hate playing the numbers games. He said no games, just send me pics of your car and the odometer reading and we will get you the price we can offer. I took pics of the car on every angle along with the inside. Adam said he spoke with his manager and gave me a price of 20000 and said here's what we will give you. I said deal. He said bring in the title and both keys and we will cut you a check. I cleaned out the interior of the car,, tracked down my title and I drove over an hour in 2 seperate vehicles to their location. He then came in the waiting room and said there were some scratches on the door that he thought was just dirt in the picture and now wanted to take 1500 off the price. I said we already had a verbal and written agreement and we just drove a long way with 3 kids in the car. The manager David levan also said we will not give anymore money and I said we'll I guess I'll post my experience on social media. He then yells "oh I see this is quid pro quo" and that he will not deal with that. I explained that it's nothing like that but future customers should not be duped by these used car salesmen type tactics More
