What should have been a routine warranty paint repair on my 2022 Hyundai turned into months of repeated issues, poor communication, and unresolved concerns. Following the repair, the A-pillar trim requir my 2022 Hyundai turned into months of repeated issues, poor communication, and unresolved concerns. Following the repair, the A-pillar trim required three separate repairs, the rearview mirror became dislodged, and my vehicle was returned with paint chips, debris, and even a bolt left in the cupholder. Service Director Mike acknowledged that the weather stripping was not sitting correctly after repeated A-pillar removal but declined to repair it, stating it would return to normal. Instead, it eventually came completely loose and fell around my husband’s neck. When I reported this, I was accused of removing it myself. Despite multiple attempts to resolve these issues with dealership management and Hyundai Corporate Customer Affairs, the concerns remain unresolved. The experience required repeated trips, missed work, and unnecessary frustration. Mistakes happen, but how a dealership handles them speaks volumes. Unfortunately, Northtown Hyundai’s lack of accountability and quality control has left me with no confidence in its service department. I was eventually threatened to take my car bad despite being unsatisfied with their refusal to fix the issues they caused. A customer should expect to receive their car better than they left it and unfortunately in my case, my car was returned to me worse than how I left it, with service lights still on and parts significantly worn. Save yourself the time and energy and go to a different dealership so that you are not spending hours dealing with Customer Affairs Service and Better Business Bureau. I cannot recommend Northtown Hyundai for service. More
